  • I'm brand new. Will it still help?

    Yes. The bonus Marketing Cloud Secrets Blackbook + The Survival Guide covers the foundation in about 2.5 hours. Do those first, then work through the other courses when you decide your path.

  • How long does it take?

    Every course in the membership is different. Some courses take 7 days and others take 1 -3 days. It's self-paced, so you can speed things up or slow things down.

  • What about refunds?

  • Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

  • Will I gain Marketing Cloud experience with the courses?

    If you do the hands-on exercises while going through the courses, yes. Every course is based on a real world project. This isn't theory.

  • Do I need to have the Salesforce Administrator Certification before I do Marketing Cloud

    No, you don't need to have the Salesforce Admin certification to do anything in Marketing Cloud. The Salesforce Admin certification is a completely different Salesforce product that focuses on Sales Cloud knowledge. Since you aren't focused on Sales Cloud, there’s no need for that certification. We are only focused on Marketing Cloud.
